Use WINRAR . Download the file and open using winrar (default) and copy all the files and put it on ur desktop or create a new folder of it . GO to control-panel>ease of access>change how your mouse works>mouse settings>pointers>browse>desktop . There u have it choose one of them and apply it . Enjoy your new cursor.

Works beautifully with windows 7. Just have to copy all of the components to the proper folder!

Definitely gonna use this for a long time.

i have downloaded the zip but i can't install them.... maybe i must extract the in system 32 but i need some help please!!!

You can extract the cursors to any folder you want. Then access Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer tab. Now you click on the browse button for the cursors you wish to change and locate the folder where you extracted the new cursors.
